Me and my family have stayed here more than once and every time it’s always be excellent. Rooms are clean. Everything works. Rhonda answers your call if you need her for whatever reason and no matter the time. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Units are well-equipped and clean. We had plenty of towels, etc. and all the necessities to prepare meals during our stay. Full size refrigerator with an ice maker, coffee pot with some coffee provided, wi-fi, great parking. All in all, we had a great stay. This is a great, affordable option to a regular hotel.

Nice place very close to Rockport Beach. You can easily walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. Just two things of note. WiFi is pretty slow and it doesn’t have beach gear so be sure to bring your own towels, umbrellas etc. other than that great stay.

Check-in was a little rough since we didn't even know which cottage we were in, but we figured it out. The place is safe and has all the amenities. Kitchen was dirty and had bugs, the pull out bed was broken. It was an okay stay.

Would be good if they had complimentary bath wash, shampoo dispensers in shower. Room was clean and comfortable. kitchen had necessities to cook with, and plates, forks etc. Staff were helpful through text and calls only. Nice stay.
