Horrible service no actual update and why charged amount was greater then owing amount, rooms had not 1 working remote for the air-con, bathroom tap leaking and seems every room there is leaking, bathroom dirty and mouldy. Needs a dramatic update for the price charge

Room clean. Reported leaking tap in bathroom. Not dripping but continually running and unable to stop it. Couch comfortable. Bed comfortable but not stable. When partner turned over in his sleep the whole bed wobbled. Had a beautiful meal at Dad Vietnamese restaurant around the corner. Easy walk to Prahran train station

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean, modern, had all apartment facilities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, cutlery etc. we had a dog as it is also pet friendly. We parked right down stairs in the gated compound. Great location.
