There was no hot water when we arrived at this unit and after 7 phone calls the next day to Park City Vacations (over a 7 hour period) a maintenance person finally came to the unit at 3pm and determined the water heater could not be fixed until after we departed the next day. We were told then we could move to or use the showers in a nearby unit (that had hot water) for the last night of our stay.
