O que recebemos não condiz absolutamente em nada com o que é anunciado. As fotos do local não são reais e não foi o que recebemos. O local estava sujo, com cheiro nada agradável. As toalhas rasgadas e muito velhas. A taxa PET anunciada é de R$100,00, mas creio que está desatualizada, pois paguei R$120,00. Os lençóis das camas de solteiro são só os de baixo e não ficam no colchão. Os travesseiros tinham cheiro ruim e capas manchadas.

Passamos apenas uma noite, a cama e travesseiros confortáveis e a mobília no geral garante uma boa estadia. O chuveiro embora elétrico, muito boa a pressão. O local é bem localizado. Os pontos negativos seriam a acústica, pois haviam hospedes próximos com criança(s), e veio um pouco de barulho a mais. E ainda, no banheiro vazava um pouco de água saindo do box.

O quarto que peguei tinha uma aparência de pouco cuidado. Precisa melhorar a limpeza, no banheiro tinha cabelos pelos cantos e no ralo. Os travesseiros estavam cheirando muito mau de suor e ao mesmo tempo um cheiro muito forte de perfume, que imagino usaram para disfarçar o cheiro ruim, resultado, saí com uma alergia nos olhos.
