Room was great - we didn’t use the pool. Area perfect, right next to the metro to get into the main centre and short walk to marina and beach. We also walked to the science museum and oceanografic. Great location

Studio was not very clean at check in, moreover towels are changed one time every 4 days, for the price paid per night I think it's not a good service. Ventilation system fortunately during the night it's off, it's very noisy. Nice the common areas such as gym and swimming pool.

Great staff

The staff were helpful in getting me into my room earlier than i was supposed to. I was very tired from traveling and they got me into my room before the check in time. Very appreciative of that.

The hotel offers good value for money overall, but cleanliness left much to be desired. What was especially annoying was that the rooms were barely cleaned during the stay. Another major downside: each room was only given one roll of toilet paper – and even when we asked the cleaning staff for more, they refused. This behavior was truly strange and significantly affected the overall impressio
