Everything was great except the couch. The couch was very uncomfortable. However we loved everything else, especially the location.
No staff, false advertisement on the parking, they towed me when i was parked at the disabled parking (using the proper marking and plate in my vehicle)

This is an apartment in an apartment complex. Close to the airport and all things in the city. Cleaning crew definitely could have done a better job. There was blood on the wall by the toilet, stubble in the shower and the sheets and towels were damp. The bedding was limited and the furniture was old and scuffed. The pool was COLD and so was the hot tub. Even in 95 degrees it was too cold. The hallway in the building was scented, such a strong scent it gave a headache.

The parking terrace was a pain - working only part of the time. That company was unreachable for help; the resort manager's office was separate & could not help. The key fob failed several times to open the building from the parking terrace. Leaving one stuck waiting for someone else to come out so you could get in - not secure & very inconvenient. To add to the insult one paid extra fees to not be able to use it.
We booked this vacation with the intention of swimming and laying by the pool. We grocery shopped since there was a kitchen. But an hour after checking in, we got a message that the pool was closed indefinitely during our stay. After many back and forth messages with Cozy Suites, I was told we could not cancel, but would be compensated for the days the pool was closed. So we left right away, booked a hotel nearby, and had to throw away some of the groceries since we no longer had a kitchen. On the day we would have checked out, the pool was still closed, so I messaged about getting compensated and all they were willing to do is about 1/5th of the total cost. This was unacceptable to me, so I will be in contact with my credit card company and my attorney. Also - the parking app did not work, but they said that was not their problem. I am very unhappy with all of this.

Parking is so limited
This was my second time staying here. I got in at 11pm and forget about parking. There is literally a handful of spots open and residents all take them. The public parking is closed by 10. They were no help when I called, was on hold for 20 mins. There are no other options close and there are lots of homeless in the park next store. Once I finally found parking and lugged all my things inside it was an absolute maze to find the unit. AC was broken, was told earlier in the day it was but would be fixed. Has a fun night of sweating. Bed is so uncomfortable and hard.

Falsely advertised free parking. Was not clear you could not park in unmarked spots. Signage was not visible or clear. We got towed while still unloading. Cost $200. The distance from car to room was very far and took many trips. Very difficult to find room in the first place. Two coffee machines, neither worked. Good thing they had a room where you can go and get coffee. Workout room and lounge nice. The room itself had cheap bed and bedding. I got a two bedroom since I wanted a king bed and the only king available was in a two bedroom so I paid more for the two bedroom. Each room only had a double bed. So my husband and I slept in separate bedrooms, not what we wanted. The couch in living room very small and uncomfortable. Very small tv as well. If we had more than two people we could not all sit in the room together. We had also rented two other rooms for my daughters and their families. One room the oven did not work, discovered it was not plugged in. Very minimal as far as cookware. One bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, the other a double. The other room was a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch. Advertised to sleep 4. Problem is they did not have any blankets for couch and no pillow cases for two of the pillows. It also had a foul smell. Luckily she did have extra bedding in her car for the kids.

Terrible experience.
Where to begin? I called because I knew we were coming in late. In the introductory email, it was mentioned that if there was no parking in the lot, there was an additional lot next door BUT it was locked from 10 pm to 5 am. I called and was told, no problem, just park "on the street". Well, there was no "street" parking to be seen. OK, so we got into the building and found the room. It' nearly midnight at this point and we are beat. Ok, I have the code for the door from the email. I put it in and nothing. Try it again, door won't unlock, keep trying tit different ways and door won't open. So, we call the support number... 3 times for over 30 minutes and nobody answers. What would you do? Mercifully, we found a place to stay for the night. Over 12 hours after this, I get an email to try a different door code. This is WELL after I had sent emails to this business. In short, I want a refund. I am told it is going to "management". Beware.
