Good option

I really liked this hotel - decent sized room, good location (close to Metro) and decent breakfast. Bathroom was good and service was reasonable. Price was on the higher end but that was due to a large conference in Berlin during the visit. Close to a several shops and restaurants.

The place was very good and near by a lot of goods shops. The traffic noise was a bit irritating. Breakfast was expensive. We paid extra for parking in garage.

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

We were surprised by this property in all good ways. Room was HUGE and nicely appointed. Good coffee and refilled water bottles, a wake up call and cab we needed ordered just as we asked when we left, nice lobby and great front desk staff. Convenient to public transport for exploring much of Berlin. Would definitely recommend.

God morgenmad, imødekommende personale. Vi følte os meget velkomne og fik al den hjælp vi havde brug for. Vi rejste med to små børn (0,5 og 2,5) og personalet hjalp os med alt vi havde brug for. På den negative side var værelset ikke så vedligeholdt som man kunne ønske sig: køkkenskufferne var i dårlig stand og badekaret kunne ikke holde på vandet. Gulvet var heller ikke blevet ordenligt vasket. Men vores udgangspunkt vil være at bo der igen næste gang vi skal til Berlin

Das Superior Loft war für 4 Personen toll.. viel Platz! mit kleinet Küchenzeile. Optimal für uns. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Der Check-In und Check-Out war problemlos.. und das Personal sehr nett. Das Hotel liegt gleich neben einer UBahn Station. Die Anbindung für Unternehmungen ist somit exzellent. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im H10 Berlin wirklich genossen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten ein angenehmes, ruhiges Ambiente – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob beim Check-in oder bei Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Besonders gut hat mir das Frühstück gefallen: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch die Lage ist super – zentral und gut angebunden, aber trotzdem ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
