The central location to Roger’s centre was great. The place had everything we needed and was clean, and ready on time. The one comment would be that they need a new mattress as u roll into the middle of the bed. Overall great location and so convenient!

Excelenet location in downtown within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, shops. Rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only slight inconvenience is they only provide 1 key and fob per room which makes access difficult if 2 guests sharing a room leave or return at different times.

I thought it was a hotel turns out it’s an air b and b, you are sharing space with people that is hosted by someone else, I had an incident where people were up around 2-3am yelling cursing fighting but turned out my host couldn’t do anything about it cause they were hosted by someone else and security is only there until 1am. My suite was clean and we had a nice view no complaints on the room or my host he replied to me in a reasonable time when needed the space was really comfortable

We took a train into the city and this was a short walk from Union Station. Room had a great view and was clean and quiet. Overall excellent experience. If I had to find fault in something it would be that the elevator was a bit slow and overcrowded.
