Top Tier Customer Service. They are always available and looking to help you with anything. They are also very clean. Wi-Fi is pretty spotty and doesn’t seem to work very well, it’s mainly good for phone use but I couldn’t use it for my laptop. Unfortunately, they don’t do refunds. If you book for 10 nights ad you realize you only want to stay 3 nights they won’t refund you.

Red Sea Hotel is a decent option for Djibouti. There was lots of parking and the staff was very friendly. There was a door man who helped carry luggage, watched our vehicle, and opened the door for us each time we entered the building. The reception staff was very polite and spoke decent English. We were even allowed to check in early. The room was clean and a routine cleaning service is offered each day. The a/c worked well and we were in a room that had a small kitchenette and full size refrigerator which was nice for our extended stay. The breakfast is also very nice with omelettes, various breads, tea/coffee, and juice. The only thing that could be improved would be some basic maintenance in the room. Some of the light fixtures were loose or not working. Many of the faucets are rusted. But it's difficult to keep these things well maintained in Djibouti.
