Towels were not clean. One of the bathrooms door was falling apart and couldn't close it. I got there at 10 p.m. and there was nobody in the reception. I had no Internet and there was no way to contact them. They have a phone number to call but nobody answered. I had to wait for someone to help me get wifi so I can contact them thorough whatsapp.

Staff had been helpful, the limited time to see them is a bit of a hustle. Air conditioning was difficult to control eventually we managed to sort it out. The main issue I had was to get in and out of the garage parking because the online key won’t work at all so have to go down to manually type in the code.

This is an amazing hotel and since I will need to visit Madrid often, will be my hotel of choice. Very functional kitchen, 2 minute walk from the grocery store, 10/10 for cleanliness, and fabulous and responsive staff.

My name is Elias, I Loved the service and the staff were wonderful! Really friendly and helpful. The only downside is the location is a bit far from the city center, so getting to sights and restaurants took more time and transport planning.

Great experience. Not on the beaten path, so it gives you a little break from the bustle. At the same time it’s a short train ride to where the action is. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
