Great location, just a few blocks from Broadway. Took a few minutes to walk to all the action but was far enough that it was quiet when you are ready to sleep at night. We were close enough that we didn’t have to uber once we arrived. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby that we could easily walk to.

Very convenient and high quality apartment. Very clean and check in, check out and communication were all very easy. Was very clean and had good heating and air con. Would recommend and would definitely return to a Kasa property again.

Great location if you’re visiting Nashville for the first time. Very close to the strip as well as the airport. Kitchen was fully equipped and the entire unit was spacious and tidy. Such a great experience !

Highly recommend this apartment hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean in an artsy historic building. It felt luxurious to have laundry, a full kitchen and a living room in our room. The location could not be beat. We were easily able to walk to all of Broadway and all of the downtown sites, the Capitol campus and the Nashville Farmer's market. In spite of being so walkable, the location was quiet at night.

Stayed for CMA Fest and it was a wonderful location. Very walkable and safe. Plenty nearby (Walgreens, coffee shop) if you stay in. Loved the natural products and the amenities. Quiet space for a great night’s sleep. Will definitely stay again!

I loved staying at the Kasa the space was very comfortable and really made our trip feel like home on top of being in the downtown area for price budgeting trips just stepping out of the building and taking a walk feels very comfortable thank you again Kasa for my my stay so easy ♥️
