Planned and looked forward to our Key West trip. Although the location was ideal, the condition and amenities were very disappointing. Cleanliness, AC unit, wifi, not enforcing rules of neighbors boats, just disappointing and a lot of money not spent well.

Very comfortable accommodations. Quiet. Rarely could we feel the boathouse rocking in the water. Remember that this is a working marina - fish smell is subtle, watch for fish being cleaned and thrown as you walk along the dock. Good value for the price.

The mattresses were so comfortable! They supplied everything we needed. The house was clean but the floors could have been vacuumed and mopped better! By going barefoot, we had to wipe our feet off to get in bed. We didn't get to try the restaurant, it didn't open till 11. We would have had breakfast every morning if it opened earlier. Most everyone was gone before 11 though!
