O apartamento não tem varanda , e as fotos não condizem com o apartamento. No apartamento não tinha papel higiênico, pano de prato , pano de chão e nenhum produto de limpeza básico . O condomínio tem uma boa localização e área de lazer .

Foi muito boa, local excelente e perto de tudo, somente a cama que estava com um colchão desconfortavel, e a limpeza que tem sempre que pagar uma taxa para ser realizada, o restante é perfeito.

Falta de manutenção do AR.

O ar condicionado é central e estava com problema, não funcionou normalmente nenhum dos 3 dias da estada e tivemos muita dificuldade para dormir, devido ao calor e insetos. A experiência NÂO foi boa. A estrutura e localização é excelente.

Reservamos para 5 pessoas, mas só disponibilizaram lençóis e toalhas para 4 pessoas. O flat tinha 3 ares condicionados, mas nenhum estava gelando. Entramos em contato com o responsável, fomos orientados a procurar a recepção do prédio e lá fomos informados de que a responsabilidade era do proprietário do flat. Resumindo: ninguém resolveu. O prédio em si tem excelentes instalações, tudo novo, conservado e limpo, os atendentes são educados e prestativos. A piscina é excelente, grande e com espaço para hidromassagem. As nossas queixas foram exclusivamente com relação à administração do flat.

O Condomínio é bom, mas, infelizmente peguei um AP ruim, os móveis todos ruim os lençóis e travesseiros sujos, só digo uma coisa, não reservem com a miramar, empresa horrível, e atendentes extremamente mal educados.

Boa estadia!

Apartamento de 2 quartos com toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Cama confortável e ar-condicionado funcionando em todos os ambientes. Cozinha equipada com vários utensílios. Estendedouro de roupas. Garagem privativa. Tem piscina com vista mar, sala de estudos, de cinema, em baixo tem uma praça de alimentação com excelentes opções. A chave da porta em um momento apresentou resistência de fechar por fora. No mais, ótima estadia. Vale muito a pena se hospedar nesse local! Excelente localização.

Excelente Apartamento! Porém deixou a desejar em alguns detalhes, como por exemplo o chuveiro não tem água quente, o interfone não funciona, não tinha controle da tv, o banheiro estava com retorno do esgoto dando mal cheiro, a piscina estava com pombos defecando toda hora na água. Fora isso o apartamento e a localização são ótimos
