The staff were kind and the rooms are great. I really appreciated that they automatically upgraded me to a larger unit. It was very quiet and had everything you need for a long or short stay -- including washer and dryer. There's a long-term project of installing a light-rail system in Canberra now, so to reach it from the main city bus stops, you have to navigate around a lot of closed roads...but it wasn't too bad.

Check-in staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Water was off in the morning because of construction issues (not the hotel's fault) and they were very helpful in getting everything sorted and keeping us informed.
