Stayed as family of 9 on fireworks night. It was a little too far that we had to drive to the spot to park and walk to the beach to see the fireworks. Local supermarket is in 1 min drive. Extra parkings right next to the property. We had a great time.

The reservation number at check-in was the phone number that I wrote in at reservation, but it was not written in the e-mail from Expedia. That made me confused. It's an unmanned check-in, but you can video call the staff so it's not a problem. The hotel floors, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean. However, there was dust on the lamp on the dining table, which caused dust to get into the food. The soundproofing of the hotel is excellent; we, including a toddler, did not hear any voices or noise from outside. Even if you stay on a course that doesn't include meals, you won't have any trouble finding food as there are supermarkets and local restaurants nearby. I think this hotel is the best hotel for people who want to go to Kamogawa Sea World.

とても綺麗なお部屋で広々としていました。 備え付けのキッチン用品もいろいろ揃えてあるし、お風呂が一階、シャワーが２階にあって人数が多くても快適に過ごせました。 また利用したいです。

鍵のトラブルで30分程部屋に入ることが出来ず、近くの施設までトイレを借りに行くことになり大変不便でした。電話対応は悪くはありませんでしたが、親切でもなくどのぐらいで問題が解決するのか見通しを教えてほしかった。部屋に入った後は不衛生な状態が多く、カビ臭さ、浴室、洗面所の赤カビ、浴室入り口の黒カビ、テーブルの内側の埃、冷蔵庫や洗濯機の間の汚れ、エアコンのフィルター清掃のランプ、エアコンからの異臭、床の汚れ、早朝すぐに出ました。

大人数で　くつろげるし　ワイワイ出来て良い。 冷蔵庫内　食べカスがのこっていたのと 室内ホコリが目立つとコホあり。 そうなると　きちんと、掃除されていないのではないかと気になってしまいます。よろしくお願いしました。 お風呂場の床がすべります。 何人か転びそうになりました。

愛犬と正月を楽しみました。 お風呂が温泉では無かったのが残念ではありましたが、ミストサウナがとても良かったです。 夏シーズンに宿泊をしてみたいと思います。 宿泊棟前の駐車場が停められ無かった。 2〜3台で訪問する方がいる為だと思います。 宿泊番号を入れて頂くと1棟に1台と決められる為良いと思いますが。　 まあそんなに遠い臨時駐車場では無いですが、目の前の方が何かと便利かと思い記載しました。

室内とても綺麗でした。そしてスタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。ただ，一つ残念なことはダイニングのテーブルの真ん中が直接フライパンを置いて焦げてました。せっかく広々とした空間で綺麗な室内ですから，利用者の人は設備のものを大事に使用するべきだと思います。

とても居心地良かったです。 また利用したいのであえて苦言を言わせていただくとしたら屋上バーベキューを夜にやったのですが明かりが足りないかなと思いました。リビングでくつろぐのにソファがもう少し充実していたらよかったなと思いました。

設備はとても良かった。ただ、一階寝室がカビ臭い感じがしたのと、布団がイマイチ。。。フライパン、鍋はとってが取れるものでしたが、傷がついて剥がれてしまっているので焼きそばをやるにしてもすぐにこびりついて使い物にならないレベル…改善して欲しいです。宿泊の金額も割とするので。。。
