Good location within a short walk to the lake or to the bus station. We were on the 5th of 6 floors and the elevator only fits one person and a suitcase, that’s it. If the elevator breaks down the 5 flights of circular staircase would be brutal. Some wear and tear issues in the apartment but overall a good fit for our 4 person stay.

I would say that I'm quite disappointed with my stay at Vision apartments, it was incredibly expensive for a stinky hotel room, where the air conditioning did not work and every time I wanted to air out the room during this heat wave, it smelled of dumpsters as the room was located just right above the trash area. Will not stay here again.

The check in procedure was unexpected, it took me an hour to get into my room; the hotel should inform me separately. The lift of the building is too small, it took us more than 10 minutes to go down to the libby after check out. The water flow of the shower is too slow.

Response from host was very slow. I had to turn to Expedia for help. Elevator was not accessible till the 3rd floor. The studio has a step up floor for the bedroom area. It poses a risk for falling . Other than these, the apt condition is very good .

Property location was excellent. Within walking distance to Main Street Bahnhofstrasse and Zurich Main Train Station. In addition, on the first floor of the building there is a restaurant La Lup which is very convenient and great ambience to have a cup of hot chocolate, orange juice, espresso and breakfast too.

The room was very clean and we very very pleased with the space. The only niggle was that there was only one chair and to eat one of us had to sit on the bed. There was plenty of room for another chair. However, having said that we would certainly stay at Vision Apartments again and will look for them when booking a room in other cities.

The apartment was great. Plenty of room. The cafe downstairs is good and the staff there were helpful. Access was easy and the ability to use the laundry came in really handy for us after a month of travel. Would definitely stay here again

best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

Confortable, but had a water leak

I stayed at BR301 for five nights. The room is basically clean and confortable, but I had a water leak from a shower room's door. I think it should be repaired soon.
