Close to everything Boone has to offer but feels like you’re in your own private oasis! It was an absolutely gorgeous property with tons of amenities, very well maintained, and overall we were so overjoyed with our experience. The only thing it was missing was a hot tub! We will be back.

The Gazbo Cabin was clean and fresh. Wonderful linens, towels, etc. Had what looked like a wood burning stove that was actually a gas logs unit that heated the entire cabin. Time for bed we discovered a TERRIBLE bed. The bed had multiple lumps and sages making it impossible to sleep. According the property manager the beds had replaced the beginning of 2026. Didn't make sense. The property manager offered us a new property however only allowed us to look through the windows. As difficult as it was looking through the windows the bed downstairs didn't appear to any better. Very disappointed! Without much sleep we kindly asked to check out for the one night stay vs. the 2 night reservations. NO REFUNDS!

The cabin was clean and cozy. The property was gorgeous and seeing the goats were so cute. We loved the communication we received. We felt the team here went above and beyond with texting us recommendations of things to do in the area before check in.

This was a great cozy cabin very close to Mast General Store. It was convenient to get to Boone and Hawksnest as well. Great decor, full kitchen and balcony.

A beautiful place for a family getaway to the mountains! Very comfortable, and convenient to local attractions. The owner was amazing and made our visit special and one to remember. Love the baby goats!

This property was a very pleasant surprise. The cabin is perfectly laid out and well appointed. It’s quiet and easy to find with great views, and good central location between Boone and Sugar mountain.

Very nice cabin in a quiet wooded area. Went with a dog and they had a very large dog lot right in front of the cabins. Nice quaint bar across the street, and a nice park down the street with river access. Quiet, laid back weekend.

Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!

Great cabin (Raspberry Hill) in a quiet surrounding in the mountains! Nice updates, love the soaking tub in the master, perfect space for our family of 5. Clean, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches such as board games and treats for the goats outside make this a cabin I would definitely revisit in the future. Location is central to neighboring local towns. Highly recommend!
