The Fairway Villa grounds are beautiful. The patio looked out over the golf course and the setting was very private and quiet. The pool area is very nice. This property was easy walking to the Kings' Shops that has nice shops and restaurants. We love this area on the Big Island. What we did not like was the bed was uncomfortable and not using fitted sheets caused the linens to be all pulled out by morning and we did not like the shag carpet in the bedroom. It was very nice having the washer and dryer in the unit. The air conditioning worked well.

Very comfortable, clean condominium. The kitchen is well equipped. There is beach equipment for a day at the beach along with beach towels. Condo is walkable to great shopping, affordable Gourmet Market that has anything & everything, coffee house, restaurants, beautiful pool/spa and beach access with amazing sunsets.

Stayed at the Outrigger on a girls trip to Hawaii and it was the perfect accommodation for us! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for 5 of us. The location was so convenient- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, beach and shopping. Also an easy drive to other beaches and sight seeing.

Overall good property. Nice kitchen with adequate supplies, nice sitting area with pull out sofa. Nice updated bathrooms. The only down side really was the beds were not that comfortable. They are hard with thin bedding. Otherwise everything was nice.
