The hotel was clean and well located near 2 tube stations. Lots of restaurants and shops for food nearby. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. My only complaint is that there were not enough utensils for 2 people to eat.

The apartment was clean and adequate for our stay. I didn’t feel the pictures entirely match up to what you actually get but the bed was comfy and the air conditioning very welcome in the summer heat, albeit all very basic. It wasn’t made clear on booking that you need some form of ID to check in, and it was only by pure luck that I had my driving license as otherwise I believe we would have been turned away.

We enjoyed our stay there. The location was great close to Hyde park. Lots of convenient stores, eateries and gift shops nearby. Train station is also close by. Staff was nice and very helpful.

Very clean room. Cleaned every day with new towel and plenty of soap. We left dishes in the sink and they were cleaned every day for us. The water was warm and close to the tube and plenty of restaurants.

Lovely aparthotel in an excellent location. Staff was kind and we had everything we needed. Good facilities and perfect location, near Kensington Gardens. I would truly recommend this property, we travelled as a family and it was perfect.
