I got key card for elevator, password for the room but no one help for registering fingerprint for the door on ground floor. I have to wait for someone to help open the door for me to get in. It’s very basic support that the management team should do. My blanket has the smell of not dry after washing but I got a replacement of blanket after I ask for help. Besides this everything is good.

The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam
