I loved EVERYTHING about this place, my only regret is not staying longer. It's located in a quieter area of the main part of the island tourist stay in. Close to all of the best places to eat on the Dutch side. Also close to nightlife. The photos are an accurate representation of the property. The view is impeccable, just unreal. I cannot wait to come back. Great spot for couples, honeymooners, or solo travelers like myself who value luxury experiences and safety.

Paradise. Such a beautiful, private location. You open the curtains electronically in the morning to the most amazing view as cruise ships head into Philipsburg, followed later by sailboats and yachts. We loved having a private patio deck with hammock and a pool that we usually had to ourselves. It is very modern with see through windows that are tinted on the other side to protect your privacy. It's a funky place, you will never forget and we can't wait to go back. There is only one restaurant in walking distance and it is also a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked-

Our stay here March/April β€˜25 was phenomenal. The views are amazing. The property is clean, well maintained in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The restaurant next door is just a short walk with amazing food and beach chair service. The Concierge services provided by Kevin and Mathilde were fantastic. They were very proactive with communication helping us book great excursions and car rental service in advance of the trip. The property is a short 15-20 minute drive to very active areas of the island, but gives you a quiet place to retreat and enjoy away from everything.

Heaven in a quiet little haven

Had a wonderful time at Condo St. Maarten. The views were astounding and the space was huge. The pool was also wonderful as was the nearby Indigo Beach. The concierges were also wonderful and were very quick to answer questions, coordinate making the stay on the island easier, and help us out. If you'll be staying here, and you are looking for a quiet and relaxing escape, you wont be disappointed. One thing important to note: if you plan on traveling around the island or visiting more touristy spots, a rental car or frequent use of taxis will be a must

Amenities needs improvement Mosquitos are an issue and I live in The Caribbean but in those rooms there are no screens so they keep coming in from the bathroom window especially. Additionally only one black out shade and only in the Bedroom. Sun in The afternoon is extremely hot and directly into the bedroom huge window. An additional shade is definitely needed.

The view was amazing despite the clouds! ☁️ The pool was great too! πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ The nearby beach was a short walk (5 mins max!), but watch out for the rocks! 🪨 The room was spacious and beautiful, perfect for two. 😍 From my room, I could even see Saba and Agullia on a clear day! β˜€οΈπŸŒ… We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, and the hosts were so friendly! πŸ€— Overall, 10/10! πŸ’―

The apartment photos did not show the real apartment! We booked a Panoramic Ocean View room, but we've got a Panoramic Bay View room! We checked out after one night, but we never got refunded for the remaining 5 nights! I don't recommend booking this apartment!
