Bugs was all in my bed. I had to sleep on the couch my whole stay. The concierge did bring me bug spray but I won’t be staying here again. Property was nice. Didn’t get in the pool either.

Amenities needs improvement Mosquitos are an issue and I live in The Caribbean but in those rooms there are no screens so they keep coming in from the bathroom window especially. Additionally only one black out shade and only in the Bedroom. Sun in The afternoon is extremely hot and directly into the bedroom huge window. An additional shade is definitely needed.

Our stay here March/April ‘25 was phenomenal. The views are amazing. The property is clean, well maintained in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The restaurant next door is just a short walk with amazing food and beach chair service. The Concierge services provided by Kevin and Mathilde were fantastic. They were very proactive with communication helping us book great excursions and car rental service in advance of the trip. The property is a short 15-20 minute drive to very active areas of the island, but gives you a quiet place to retreat and enjoy away from everything.

Heaven in a quiet little haven

Had a wonderful time at Condo St. Maarten. The views were astounding and the space was huge. The pool was also wonderful as was the nearby Indigo Beach. The concierges were also wonderful and were very quick to answer questions, coordinate making the stay on the island easier, and help us out. If you'll be staying here, and you are looking for a quiet and relaxing escape, you wont be disappointed. One thing important to note: if you plan on traveling around the island or visiting more touristy spots, a rental car or frequent use of taxis will be a must

The view was amazing despite the clouds! ☁️ The pool was great too! 🏊‍♀️ The nearby beach was a short walk (5 mins max!), but watch out for the rocks! 🪨 The room was spacious and beautiful, perfect for two. 😍 From my room, I could even see Saba and Agullia on a clear day! ☀️🌅 We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, and the hosts were so friendly! 🤗 Overall, 10/10! 💯

Unforgettable Vacation in Paradise!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Condostmaarten!! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, and everything we dreamed it would be. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The view was simply breathtaking—we spent every morning and evening on the balcony soaking it all in. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and some of the island’s most stunning beaches. It made exploring St. Maarten easy and enjoyable. Whether we were lounging by the pool or coming home after a day of adventure, we felt completely at home. This condo truly played a big part in making our vacation unforgettable. Absolutely amazing! Pics are not highlighted or photoshopped. It really looks like that! Super clean, quiet and peaceful. Spent hours on the balcony without mosquitos or flies bothering us. You can’t beat waking up to that view. Off the beaten path so better to have a car but if you don’t. The concierge Kevin and Mathilda ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) are on site to help you with what ever you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They were awesome! Cons (not really), but to save electricity the air conditioning shuts off when you leave but cools off quick when you return. Shower pressure could be better. Neither were much of an issue for us. Indigo beach is a little rocky in spots but stunning and quiet. We had it to ourselves on more than one occasion. Rent loungers and umbrellas from the restaurant. Food was awesome there and the owner is very cool. There’s soon to be a resort on the beach so doubt it’ll be so secluded in the coming years but we’ll be back for sure.

Ce lieu est tout simplement magnifique à couper le souffle ! Tout était parfaitement propre, et la vue sur la mer était absolument impressionnante. Nous avons adoré chaque moment passé ici et avons le cœur brisé de devoir partir. La conciergerie de l’établissement Mathilde et Kevin méritent une mention spéciale : ils sont adorables, remarquablement accueillants et ont grandement contribué à l’organisation de notre séjour. L’appartement était impeccablement propre et très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. Nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de repartir ! Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. FONCEZ !
