I checked in at night, the entrance and apartments were freshly renovated, everything was comfortable, but one moment was unpleasant, the apartment managers sent the wrong WIFi password and I was without connection all night after arrival until I purchased a local SIM card with the Internet in the morning and wrote to the service support that there is no WiFi.

What can I say? I never wrote a review before but I think its important to let other people know what they re getting into when They book with “Charlie’s Prison” how I d like to call. First of all, its not a hotel or an apart hotel, it feels more like a prison, where you have to ask someone to let you in… and believe me, to let you out. At the beginning I thought it would be a great experience but it turned lut to be a nightmare. Be sure to have INTERNET CONNECTION and a plan that works abroad as you you have to communicate with “Charlie” via “Whatsapp” and its extremely annoying system. The simple task of changing rooms cause of a terrible noise outside, cause of a street repair, became a nightmare as Charlie ( which was supposed to be a 24h service just works until 8pm, and they couldnt change my room, even though I politely requested a quiet room. It was denied cause there was no way fro them to give me another room in the back of the building, I begged for it as I needed to rest as I was in Sao Paulo for business and needed to wake up early. My experience overall was horrible, having to ask someone to let me in and out, waiting for long minutes outside in the street. Besides, They dont have water, there s no way you can buy a snack and you cannot have guests. None of this was listed when I booked the room. To be fair the room was nice and the bed super comfortable, but I couldn’t enjoy my stay cause of this terrible noise outside.I ll never ever stay with Charlie again.

O prédio e os quartos são ótimos! A localização é excelente! Tem vários supermercados e restaurantes próximos. O quarto precisava apenas de um faxina mais pesada pois tinha alguns lugares muito empoeirados.

O quarto estava bem sujo, as paredes, o chão, a pia da cozinha e a mesa - que fica na varanda - muito empoeirada. Não havia também nenhum pano de prato para enxugar a louça qdo usei. Muitos cabelos e sujeiras pelo chão. Dava a impressão que fazia muito tempo que não era alugado. Tive um problema com a pia do banheiro, mas foi resolvido muito rápido. A equipe de atendimento no WhatsApp é nota 1000! A localização é excelente, perto de metrô, farmácia, mercado, padaria, restaurantes e da avenida paulista. Se não fosse a questão da falta de limpeza, estaria tudo perfeito!

O apartamento muito bem localizado, confortável, mas a comunicação muito ineficiente. Ficamos de 10 da manhã até quase 15:00 sem poder entrar mesmo após a mensagem de que o quarto estava disponível, porque a portaria não reconhecia a facial. Diversas pessoas com o mesmo problema. Passamos 2 dias para conseguir prorrogar a estadia e foi outro transtorno. O apartamento apenas com uma taça. Compramos um vinho para tomar e só tinha uma taça de vinho e uma taça de água. Sendo que era estadia para um casal.

Flat bem localizado, a 2 quadras da Av Paulista (estação Trianon MASP). Limpo e confortavel. Apto completo, com geladeira, microondas, fogão, TV, ar condicionado e cama de casal. Possui ainda sacada e banheiro privativo com ducha aquecida. Olpredio conta ainda com lavanderia, academia e minimercado. O unico porem é nao possuir maleiro ou lockers para guardar a bagagem, antes do checkin ou apos o checkout.

As instalações do prédio são excelentes: lavanderia (15reais lavar e 15reais secar), academia, área externa, seguro (duas portas para entrar, ambas com acesso por biometria facial), dois elevadores, mini mercado, coworking. A localização é ótima, duas quadras da av paulista, próximo à estação trianon masp. Na rua tem farmácia, lanchonetes, Pão de Açúcar, Rick doces, cafés etc. O ponto que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, em baixo da cama havia muita poeira, em cima da geladeira também. Visível ser de bastante tempo. Encontrei uma liga de cabelo entre o colchão e a parede inclusive. O banheiro possui água quente e fria na pia e chuveiro. O papel higiênico podia ser de melhor qualidade. Dispõem de sabonetes. O ar condicionado funcionante assim como os itens de cozinha. A fechadura abre por dentro sem senha, então dá a impressão de que a porta está aberta, porém quem está fora não tem acesso; pra quem não tem costume pode achar estranho.

A localização é ótima, apesar de ser em uma ladeira, fica a poucas quadras da Av. Paulista, se tornando bem conveniente, especialmente pela proximidade à estação do metrô MASP - Trianon. O quarto é pequeno e cômodo, mas estava bastante sujo, como se não tivesse sido limpo entre um hóspede e outro, apenas arrumado. O chão estava bem sujo, assim como as paredes do banheiro (especialmente a lateral da pia), as portas e interruptores e o tapete sob a cama também, estando cheio de cabelos quando chegamos. A pia do banheiro pingava pelo sifão e a água não descia, como se estivesse entupida, tornando o uso da torneira do banheiro praticamente inviável. O cobertor estava sujo e envolvido por 2 lençóis, talvez para esconder a sujeira. Não havia panos para secar a louça e somente uma cadeira para sentar, mesmo a descrição do quarto sendo para 2 pessoas. Não havia vassoura, somente pazinha para recolher a sujeira. O sistema de acesso ao quarto é por fechadura eletrônica, porém se a bateria descarregar a manutenção pode demorar um tempo para chegar e te deixar fora do quarto enquanto isso. Em geral, serve, especialmente se for uma estadia breve em que se passa pouco tempo no quarto. Para estadias mais prolongadas não recomendo o local.
