The property is located in an excellent location in Gamma Stan, directly across from the Nobel Peace museum. The rooms are stylish and clean. There is a virtual check-in process that proved to be unnecessarily confusing. Our room, although nice, was entered through a side ally in the basement of the building with shuttered off windows. I would recommending staying in one of the upper floor rooms.

Great location and apartment. Next time, I will make sure that I contact the property in advance as there was no pre-arrival instructions for property access and it was quite stressful to have to call and try get access. Also, the property has no elevator so be aware if you get upper floors and have a lot of heavy luggage. The stairs are very steep and narrow.

My wife and I had a good stay for 5 nights. The location was excellent, right near the main square of Gamla Stan. The beds were comfortable and the location was remarkably quiet overnight. It was nice to be able to make breakfasts and some simple meals in the apartment. We only had to contend with one flight of stairs - higher floors could be a challenge with heavy luggage. The electronic check-in worked OK, but was a bit unclear prior to arrival. The property seemed expensive for what it was, but everything in Stockholm is super expensive. The apartment met the description in the listing, but the kitchen was very minimally equipped, the bedroom was barely big enough for the bed and the bathroom had an off smell coming up through the drain. All in all, I would recommend.

The room did not have a window (this was not indicated on the Expedia listing). There is also absolutely no ventilation system. No window and no ventilation meant a hot, stuffy room with smelly air. I would not even put prisoners under these conditions.

Communication was lacking, we were not told which building our room was in. Wi-Fi network and password were not correct, had to call 2 times to get access. Found a coffee pot and cups below bed in a drawer, but no coffee! Location was the only redeeming quality. Will not repeat this place.

Small two room apartment and there was only a window in the livingroom and not in the bedroom. Small and basic kitchenette, room was missing some glasses for 4 people. Nice location in the Old Town.

The apartments were recently refurbishes and helped with the overall beautiful stockholm experience! The check in is completely done in remote by the staff and that might not be the most easily understandable thing at first, but later we got the hang of it. The apartment itself was small and cozy but it was good for 3 people max. The beds were surpisingly comfortable

Excellent location. Lots of stairs but we did get our exercise climbing them. When you get to apartment press door bell and you will be assisted ( wish we knew that earlier). Once they provide you with code to enter into foyer, virtual attendant will get your room keys set up - they have a machine on site. Enjoy this place. I would stay here again

Location was fabulous, right in the middle of the old town of Stockholm. The apartment was great for 2 people. The apartment was clean but a little on the dark side. It was a good value for this area.

The room was extremely cold and connecting both space heaters would knock out the power. When we called asked for them to send an electrician they didn’t send anybody over and we just continued to be extremely cold throughout our stay which wasn’t ideal at 9 degrees Fahrenheit. The room was really nice we just wish our stay wasn’t extremely cold :(
