The staff, especially Weronika, are super friendly and nice. The apartment is well-equipped and spotless clean, with great design. The hotel is close to tram stops and the main square of the old town. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Poznań!

I needed a clean/chic room near the Old Town and the rail-station. This place fit my needs perfectly. I did not take advantage of meal-service so cannot comment. It feels like a newish place, w/mixed hotel-residence accommodation, so they're still working that out, but staff kind & responsive. Also, tram-line runs outside, so lower lever room not for those needing quiet.

Great location in the heart of the city! Beautiful rooms! Good staff! Didn’t have breakfast there. Rooms had kitchen so it was great! The location has Sauna but didn’t use it. There was ongoing construction hence the view wasn’t great. I would strongly recommend anyone visiting Poznan!
