The suite was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We would have appreciated more of the basic essentials such as toilet paper rolls, paper towels, towels and hand towels. One set of each is not enough for 2 weeks. Adding 2 dish towels would also be appreciated

Departamento espectacular y atención del host impecable! Por favor tengan en cuenta que las dos señoritas recepcionistas son INFUMABLES! Muy mala actitud por parte de ellas son muy poco amables y no tienen ninguna intención de ayudar con ninguna pregunta. Entiendo que el host es la persona a nuestro cargo pero esperas una mínima cortesía o atención por parte de estas señoritas Robotizadas que siempre están de mal humor. Casualmente a los extranjeros si les contestan muy bien y hasta son amables. No entendimos la distinción hay tantas personas afuera sin trabajo y estoy seguro que atenderían con mejor actitud!

La habitación estaba limpia, muy cómoda. Muy bien ubicado, lo único es que el agua caliente no dura mucho, es decir calienta al inicio y se va enfriando. Nos gusto que estaba cerca del supermercado, farmacia y restaurantes.
