Basic French mountain accommodation. Good set up with friendly helpful staff. Avoriaz is pretty cool, loads of amenities. Stayed here for summer MTB, would probably stay again. Little bit tired in apartment but that’s standard unless you’re paying top end.

The accommodation was a bit cramped for five people with luggage, with limited storage. A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options

The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. They did attempt to hoover it up with the most disgusting dirty hoover I have ever seen. But in the end had to change the cover. They weren’t very apologetic about this and didn’t seem to understand the potential implications. The radiator in the “bedroom” wasn’t working and had to be fixed. There is only one plug socket in the kitchen so you have to change the kettle, toaster, coffee machine over as you need to use them. In general there aren’t enough plug sockets and the room is really dated. Ski locker is very small for 4 people skiing. Great location and views, and snow was lovely.

Good stay, but…

The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times.

Lejlighederne var lidt faldefærdige med smadret rude og komfur, men udsigten og placering i byen er fantastisk. Ind og udtjekning gik rigtig nemt, personalet var meget service minded.

Tolle Location direkt an der Skipiste. Sehr klein, aber alles da was man braucht. Teekanne war leider umgespült aber sonst alles recht gemütlich und Morgensonne. Ab 4:30 fahren die ersten Pistenraupen vorbei und ab 8:30 und zwischen 15:30-16:30 Uhr laufen alle mit Skischuhen durch die Gänge, sonst aber trotz zentraler Lage sehr angenehm. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und man mit etwas Schwung direkt vor der Tür die Ski an und abschnallen. Skiservice direkt gegenüber.
