We loved staying at the Fenix as it was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ran into issues with parking as our vehicle was a bit big for the available onsite parking. However, the staff worked with us to find a space that worked best. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, and nicely remodeled property within easy walking distance to Hollywood Blvd attractions. Easy freeway access and not far from Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood Bowl. Noisy street traffic at night, but they provided comfy earplugs for light sleepers like I am, which was helpful. If my travels take me back to this area, I'd stay here again.

The property was well located , clean, and had a very cozy ambiance. Moreover, the convenience of a swimming pool during hot days was a must. My only negative comment is related to the blinds that could be blackouts instead. So, I could sleep a bit more.

Everything is in access code you need one for your room one for the doors one for the gate to the parking one for the elevator. Check-in is all done on your phone you never a real person. If that appeals to you it's great.
