Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk.

The Madison Bella is a cute cozy space with everything you need to be comfortable. The area in NYc is great with lots of great food choices if you choose to eat out. The host is a great communicator, very responsive and prompt. I loved my stay. Would go there again.

This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!

The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The property information including the photos was very misleading. The photos were of another apartment - We had no balcony and a Unit involving a ground/below ground apartment facing the street which again we were not told is an important thoroughfare, which as a result meant that the noise pollution was very high even for NY! Indeed sleeping at night was difficultThe apartment was not at the standard of cleanliness we had expected, there was mildew in showers, the microwave was stained, and we were unable to walk in it without getting dirty feet or socks during the course of the day. The kitchen/toilet amenities wereinsufficient enough for our stay, we had to spend time shopping for toilet roll, kitchen towels, trash bags with too few towels and bed sheets. We were given 24 hour heads up on a fumigation of the apartment which we had to decline due to breathing difficulties of one of my guests. The next day a cockroach was seen scurrying around the kitchen. Then late in the stay we were not told of the repainting of the hallway floors with highly toxic paint which continued to smell through the day and night. One of my guests almost stepped on it exiting the apartment. Other guests similarly complained to us. High end guests who can afford such a price for 10 nights stay would have expected much more all round. I could not recommend this property to anyone for the price requested or indeed much lower, and me and my family would never consider staying in the property again.

This was an excellent place when visiting New York. The location was convenient. The apartment was clean. My favorite part was having a washer and dryer in the unit. When we visit New York again we will definitely stay here once again.

The building is nice and the location could be perfect if it were on a higher floor or the apartment were soundproofed better. The main issue now is that the location is on the main manahttan exit from the Queensboro Bridge. Be prepared for strong noise almost all the time, and especially from early in the morning. Bring a sound muffing device if you can.

Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant.

We stayed with our two dogs in the luxurious apartment with outdoor space on the UES. It was as advertised, in an ideal location with so much within walking distance like in talking 1 block to restaurants, bodegas, parking. The outdoor space was so well thought out and I honestly felt like I was at a hotel everything was great right down to grown alchemist toiletries and lots of towels. But for me- the hosts made this truly spectacular. They replied within hours. Sometimes minutes! So when we got to the apartment there was no question on how to get inside, the house rules, and the door lock app. Oh also… lovvvved the TV’s they had every app imaginable. Thank you!

Nice clean room. Easy check in. AC resetting itself to 85 F frequently (temporary override) though out my stay. Mgmt was responsive but did not resolve. Not a hotel so no option of changing rooms. Otherwise 4 stars.
