The houseboat was an eight out of 10 a great experience to stay on the water. Beds were very comfortable and showers were roomie. We saw tons of wildlife off the back of the boat from dolphins to manatees. Only negative was that the houseboat was right by the main highway constant noise.

Really cool place to stay. The deck faces the canal. Upstairs was an outdoor seating area. The main level had a living room with a small kitchen, bathroom, and queen-size bedroom. Parking was easy and the restaurant next to it was great. Rented a craig cat in the morning for 2 hours. This was a fun stay!

Room advertised with a washer and dryer. Which was one of the main reasons I booked it. But turns out their studio suites rooms don’t have them. I paid about $40 a night more for this resort vs another that did have a washer dryer. Please fix your listing to properly represent the unit being booked.

When cars pull into park their lights shine into the bedroom. Blackout curtains would help that situation. The metal draw bridge about a block away is VERY noisy. Other than those 2 things the houseboat was outstanding, very clean, decorated nicely, well furnished and comfortable.

We had a brilliant time at the apartment. It wss very clean, spacious and well stocked. The views from the balcony were incredible - coffee and dolphin watching for breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Loved it was very close to port canaveral, as got off cruise ship and stayed the weekend for beach time , and it was very close as well . Loved watching the dolphins in the river and the boats traveling by. Lots of room for the 6 of us , kids Loved the extra rooms for them . We ate at the restaurant on site and was excellent food great service ! This is second time staying at the resort and live it !
