The room was clean. However, the check in process was not very smooth. Both parking lots near were sold out. We had to park 20 minutes away and ride the train back. Good price, but I would rather have a physical person to help me check in.

A Home Away From Home

The mini apartment felt immediately like home. The sleep was lovely with the patio door open and fan breezing around the room. The location is wonderful, with easy transportation access, and fabulous food options. Make sure to check out Carriconis Italian two blocks away!

We loved this hotel. Perfect for me and my daughter. Great location. Will definitely come back. Only downfall was no hand soap or papertowels or handrier in the luggage room and lots of people were using it. That is literally the only thing I would change!

Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in. Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where. Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down. Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space.

I stayed in the compact room. It’s definitely snug but it does the job. If you want to size up, you should if space is a huge deal. It had all the amenities I needed. Towels were easy to retrieve and the ability to chat with staff was very nice. The placed was cleaned before I entered and I could tell. The heat was easy to adjust. The only downside is that my room was across from the luggage storage so that generated quite a bit of noise. I highly recommend staying here!

The accomodations offered for the price were great!!! Very well located in central London! Quiet and safe! One thing to be aware of!!! Our studio was located on the third floor with no available elevators and extremely steep stairs!!! Quite difficult at our age ! But overall a great stay with an excellent mattress to rest on!

Top notch customer service

The hotel changed ownership literally a day before we came so that created a bit of confusion on our part. Check-in and assistance was all virtual but they were wonderful accommodating our request for an early check-in after a nightmarish day and a half of travel from overseas which included a delay of our luggage. They were responsive to any of our requests. The bathroom was quite tight but that’s to be expected in a major city. Any deficits were appropriate to the price point and it felt a good value for what we paid. Location to the tube was good and we didn’t notice city noise.
