Clean, comfortable and quiet
Clean comfortable and quiet is exactly what I needed and exactly what I got. Friendly check in, all facilities explained and the whole process was swift. Quest Preston will become my new home away from home and I have already booked for this coming week and requested the same room

Good location, view and comfort, poor comms
Lovely views and well equipped. Shame they did such a bad job of pre-briefing their check-in process - it was very frustrating to arrive at a blank door with a numberpad and to have no way to get in to reception. Had to tailgate another resident when they showed up. Very sub-optimal for an upmarket stay like this.
They were very apologetic when this iwas mentioned in their house survey but no mention of what should have happened or whether it is possible to gain entry without having to make a phone call (tougher and sometimes impossible for international travellers).

Outstanding
Everyone was extremely helpful. Was so nice to see happy faces on the way out in the morning & coming back in the evening.
The housekeeping staff were very friendly & nothing was a problem, we needed more hangers & asked for extra pillows. They were bought in that day.
Over all an outstanding 11 days!! Well done team, I fully recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel
Modern, comfortable and clean. We loved this hotel. From the very friendly and helpful check in to the wonderful service during our stay the staff were fantastic. Great location too. We will be back.

Handy location
Was very close to tram stop making getting into the city easy. Very comfortable bed and good shower, had studio unit, but worked well for a short stay
