House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. Very generous with bedding linen, towels etc, made the stay effortless and like being at home, would recommend this place to families and would use again in the future too. Thank you Michelle for great communication before our stay also.

We loved the space available in this home - plenty of space to spread out and not get in each way. We had a great time doing lots of activities and coming back to the house to relax was great. It was the middle of winter but I still managed to have some quiet time outside sitting by the Lake. Lovely house, great location.

We absolutely loved your cottage with the mid-century vibe. Everything was just perfect. We also appreciated the treats left for us. Hope to come back again sometime.

Loved our stay! Views are incredible, home was lovely and warm, we had young kids and the space was fabulous (100% be back). Only a 10min drive from town and all site seeing activities 🌻

Perfect for 2 nights in Rotorua. Lots of extras we didn’t expect. A well stocked kitchen with condiments available. Beautiful view. Closed in back yard for dog or kids. Close to 4 square and takeaways. 5 mins to town Thank you!

Plenty of room, very clean, great spar pool, plenty of crockery, glasses, last but not least a comfortable bed, highly recommended.
