Beautiful warm home

Loved our stay! Views are incredible, home was lovely and warm, we had young kids and the space was fabulous (100% be back). Only a 10min drive from town and all site seeing activities 🌻

Worked well

Great place. Great view. Really enjoyed the spa. Very relaxing after my son ran the marathon. Alpaca and deer (wild!?) Wandering around was really nice as well.

Great Stay

Property was great, we were all amazed by the stunning view, pictures on the listing don't do it justice. Loved the Spa and the house is nice and private. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Lovely home with everything we needed in it , lovely views but was missing the neighbors that where a big focus of the booking (the alpacas) kids were disappointed but apart from that a great place to Stay.

We stayed for three nights, enjoying every minute of this home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The spa was a great way to end the day. It was clean and more than what we expected. We all felt at home and comfortable. Thank you for having us we will be back again.

Great location and views, well appointed modern home with everything you need, would stay there again, would have given a perfect score if the oven was clean, and the neighbours drive not so close to the house.

Fabulous stay in a stunning home in a gorgeous location. Easy to find but private setting.

My partner, my two children and I stayed and absolutely loved this property. We often use bookabachs and this has been one of our fav places. And the alpacas were so adorable! The spa at night is epic as If it’s a clear night you can look up at the stars. The property is so close to town (not even a 10 min drive) but yet when your there you feel like your on a private rural property... simply awesome! We will definitely stay again 🙂

On top of the world

Perfect spot for our family getaway, great layout, unbeatable views and a table tennis table that kept us all amused for hours! The spa was great (and spotless) after our mountain biking. Best of all we were close to town and all the attractions without the feeling of being in the hustle of town.

The house is clean and comfy. The facilities are good with the modern feel I like. You got everything you need in the house and even the neighbors are very friendly. Enjoy the view most with beautiful sunrise from the lakeside and love the challenge to drive up the hill to the property as a lady.

Amazing accommodation in Rotorua

This house has the Wow factor!! Amazing location overlooking the whole of Rotorua and the Lake.. views are breathtaking!! House is beautifully done to a very high standard, kitchen well equipped and beds super comfy. Hot tub a great place to relax after a busy day of adventures at the sky line and blue lake. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Amazing Views

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Awesome views of Rotorua and the lake. Only marred by rain which meant the neighbour's sheep or alpacas weren't out and also about half of the cutlery and crockery wasn't clean (remnants of food).

Beautiful home and incredible views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The views are stunning! We LOVED the alpacas and all the sheep! They are the perfect addition to the property! We really enjoyed the hot tub as well! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like! It was just the perfect home for our stay! We were pleased to see that there was an additional bathroom! We thought it was just one bathroom which for four people was a bit scary. There was only one shower, but having an extra toilet was perfect! I guess it’s technically 1.5 bath, but it was great for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Lovely house and view

Easy to find and lovely clean house on arrival. Enough space for us to spread out and relax. The ping pong table was a big hit with our teens.
