Hi Pip, Thank you for choosing Soul Haven and for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you letting us know about the heating remote and shower pressure - these are helpful notes for us.We found the remote after your departure - I hope the family emergency that you had to leave for wasn't too serious. We loved the house! It's in a great location with gorgeous views of the lake from the back deck. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our group to spread out and be comfortable. We loved and definitely needed the fireplace, made the house cosy on the cold and windy days we had. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of storage space. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again.
