The Space:

Deluxe Redwoods is a huge, modern group house on the leafy edge of Tihiotonga, looking out over Rotorua and the Redwoods Forest. With five bedrooms sleeping sixteen, a spa pool, two living areas and an entertainer's kitchen, it's built for big families and groups - and the forest and mountain bike park are right on the doorstep.

- SPA & OUTDOOR AREA -

The private spa pool sits in its own spa room off the downstairs living area - a great spot to relax after a day on the trails or out sightseeing. Upstairs, a sunny deck off the living area is made for soaking up the sun and al fresco meals, with a BBQ on hand.

Free parking on site and on the street.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all five bedrooms, the three and a half bathrooms, the kitchen, both living areas and the outdoor spaces, including the spa pool and BBQ. Free parking is on site and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Deluxe Redwoods sits in the tranquil, leafy suburb of Tihiotonga, a peaceful residential pocket with lovely views over Rotorua and the Redwoods Forest. You're right on the edge of the Whakarewarewa forest and its world-class mountain bike trails - you can ride from the door down to the Waipa entrance of the Redwoods (a steep climb back up, but a thrilling ride down). Te Puia's geysers and the Whakarewarewa Living Maori Village are just a few minutes away. The lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa are around ten minutes, the Redwoods Treewalk entrance about twelve, and Skyline's gondola and luge, Canopy Tours and Zorb over on the western side of town. The Rotorua CBD, with its restaurants and shops, is a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended, with free parking on site and on the street. Mountain bikers can ride from the door down to the Waipa entrance of the Redwoods - a steep climb back up but a thrilling ride down. Te Puia is just 3 minutes away by car, the lakefront and central Rotorua around 10, the Redwoods Treewalk about 12, and Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb roughly 18 minutes on the western side of town. Rotorua Airport is about 15 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 534 Mbps, and there's SKY TV in the main upstairs living room. This is a large, multi-level home - great for a big group, with two living areas and three and a half bathrooms spread over two levels. Three bedrooms are upstairs (the king plus two queens) and two are downstairs (the bunk room and the queen with sofa bed). The spa pool is in a spa room off the downstairs living area, and the sunny deck runs off the living area upstairs.
