House was spot on for what we needed. Room across front for our 7 m boat and ute. 6 of us staying there. Second time at this property.

Perfectly situated livly views from balcony and the pool was the perfect extra.

The setting of this house will take your breath away. You can just gaze at the view or wander endlessly through the gardens. Inside there is everything you need to throw a lavish gourmet dinner party. Sleeping accommodations are just as luxurious as all the other features. And I understand the fishing is quite good.

What a pleasure to stay here. Needed to get out of the hussle and bussle that is Auckland and glad to find this gem. Silvia is a great attentive host who gives you the info you need and always at hand while also giving you privacy when on the property. Was running late getting in and she checked in at make sure we werent lost. The place is fresh and new and is among an orchard with horses in the paddock. Kerikeri is a 20min drive for any essential or place to eat out at. Internet connection works perfectly. There is no tv or reception but that just gives you more time to explore the beautiful surroundings that you are in. If you want a beautiful fresh place to just hang and recharge without distractions of technology you cant go wrong here.

Was a great property and super close to the township and we had a great time.

We enjoyed our family Weekend away. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 7 of us. The bed rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The lounge and dining area was spacious. The single toilet and bathroom were on a separate wing of the house but this didn't cause any problem. The kitchen had everything you need. The garden was beautiful and well maintained. Silvia was a great host and able to answer all our questions.

Had an amazing stay here in one of the most picturesque spots in the country!
