Very helpful staff. Great spot for us.

Lovely views and well equipped. Shame they did such a bad job of pre-briefing their check-in process - it was very frustrating to arrive at a blank door with a numberpad and to have no way to get in to reception. Had to tailgate another resident when they showed up. Very sub-optimal for an upmarket stay like this. They were very apologetic when this iwas mentioned in their house survey but no mention of what should have happened or whether it is possible to gain entry without having to make a phone call (tougher and sometimes impossible for international travellers).

Functional room close to the park. Not a lot of amenities in the immediate area, but the Kebab place opposite the hospital on Flemington Road did a nice job. Helpful and proactive staff.

Modern, comfortable and clean. We loved this hotel. From the very friendly and helpful check in to the wonderful service during our stay the staff were fantastic. Great location too. We will be back.
