The place was clean, spacious and location was great, right next to the tram stop. Gorvett and he was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Melbourne, and highly recommend this accommodation.

Great central location. Probably the single beat feature. The apartments are a good size and quiet. The kitchenette is not very well equipped so dont expect it to be easy to prepare food here. We had a couple of issues during the stay which were handled fine by staff. Overall we were happy to have been here for the cost and location but it feels like the business is cutting corners a bit with maintenance and how the rooms are serviced which does detract from the experience.

Fantastic welcome by friendly reception team. Room was clean and spacious. The only issue was outside noise at night, but given we were close to cbd and Victoria Markets, it was a small price to pay for the convenient location.

Great location, clean, apartment was a good size with everything you need. Staff was helpful and polite. Will definitely come back to stay

Loved the view from our room. Room 2515. The service we received was fantastic. The room had everything we needed, even a washing machine. Was within the free tram zone and also walking distance to everything we needed.
