Beautiful home with mesmerizing views. The property looked well loved by the owners. We felt relaxed and refreshed at the end of our stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful home but booked for some visiting family. The house if full of character and much larger than we expected. With 3 good size bedroom and 2 bathrooms, separate lounge and dining rooms and a well equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed and more. The back yard is fully enclosed and private with a hot tub and BBQ. The location was also extremely convenient - literally right across the street from the Petone waterfront and right down the road from Jackson Street which is lined with heaps of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The owner was extremely accommodating and communicative. We honestly could not have lucked out with a better home for the visit. Thanks!

Property was just ok, great communication with owner, however was not happy there was only 1 access in and out, ranchslider was bolted shut which was big fire risk, house needs alot of work/maintenance, no dishwasher tabs to use dishwasher, toilet doesn't flush the greatest, only 1 mirror in whole house, hot water cylinder probably needs replacing as water was way too hot. Un comfortable beds, rock hard pillows. Only good thing was location to the race course and pub/restaurant down the road was lovely

We had a wonderful stay at this Bookabach! The property was quiet, private, and beautifully spacious – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It had everything we needed, including great cooking facilities and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels, which was a thoughtful touch. A fantastic option for travelling families – we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.
