This was the perfect place for a relaxing time away.House is immaculate and in a great location, shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance. The house is perfectly looked after and so quiet and peaceful. We will be booking this again in the future.
Stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed exploring Taveuni. Lovely comfortable place to stay, beautiful property and amazing water, sunrise and sunset views. Small Bure, has covered deck where we had all our meals, and lots of relaxing. Loved the stone outdoor shower! Kitchen had what you need for simple cooking. Be prepared in TaveuniâŠwhen staying in a Bure or self contained accommodation bring some supplies with youâŠcheck what is allowed into Fiji. It can feel a little isolated until you get to know what is nearby, what you can access on foot, and how to get to the gorgeous waterfalls walks, coastline, mountains. Take reef shoes, mask and snorkel, was able to use a kayak from the property. Taxis and rental cars are expensive, but available by the day, driving is slow on dirt roadsâŠbut well worth the effort! Loved having local Fijian and Indian food cooked for us, fresh fish is just the best. Two stores a short walk away, gelato and fresh fruit caravansâŠtake cash only. Hosts very helpful, can ask if you need anything.
This property is practically perfect. A stunner of a home with tons of space, comfortably and tastefully decorated and furnished plus an impressive infinity pool. The gardens are lush and well tended and you feel like you are in a luxury resort but without all the people. This property is incredibly private with impressive views and is close to fantastic snorkelling in the crystal clear water of the nearby lagoon. We spent most of our time outside as there are so many options at this property. Danielle (our host) was wonderful to work with and delivered on everything we asked for including putting us in touch with local legend Bablu (our taxi driver). We canât recommend this property enough and hope we will be back again some time soon. But donât take our word for it - try it for yourself, we promise you wonât be disappointed.
Nice, fully self contained cottage set a few steps from the beach amongst tropical gardens and Lilly ponds. The area is peacefull, and we enjoyed having the sandy beach virtually to ourselves. We snorkelled down the eastern end amongst coral and fish. The hosts were friendly and welcoming; Alex is involved in coral restoration, and can take guests out to see this and to other outer reef snorkeling sites for a fee.
Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic family holiday staying in this beautiful house, right by the beach on the most stunning island!!
Chris was really helpful giving us lots of good tips. He organized Sanju to pick us up in his van from Nadi & Toca to take us across to the island in his boat.
We ended up going fishing with Toca another day which was really fun.
We also went on a trip to a highland traditional village with Sanju. The village were so welcoming & it was really fun going down the rock slide. Sanju was great transporting us around the main island & helping us sort groceries.
Salia was so lovely & friendly. She came & cleaned made beds & did washing for us, making our stay so easy! She even invited us all to go to her brothers 21st birthday, where we spent a lovely day with her family & friends enjoying a beautiful Lomo meal.
We all loved spending time in the kayaks & snorkeling off the beach in front of the house. The beach was so safe & the kids absolutely loved it!!
Overall this was the best family holiday ever. None of us wanted to leave!!
Great place to stay in a fabulous location. Amazing views. Relaxed and very private. Very helpful staff who were incredibly accommodating. Jolene was amazing, friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Thanks to Bruce and his Team.
We had a great stay Mere and Wyce were excellent, the masseuse (2) were amazing and highly recommended. The bathrooms are in a wee need of repair and from the pictures you do not get the whole house. The upstairs part in the middle is not in the rental, however with 6 adults and an infant we had amble room. It is not well signposted when you are travelling to the destination so get clear details before you go. Essentially it is opposite Craig's Dinner which is also very good. We had 3 of the banquet dinners over our 5 nights and well worth it. All in all great spot and place but definitely at the upper end of price range, still better than a resort. Thank you Mere and team
