Great experience from the first contact with Geraldine - she clearly enjoys being a welcoming host and that impression was reinforced by the picturesque garden and homely interior of the property, plus the generous and unexpected supplies. Not quite off the grid as you still have wifi and close to Rotorua.

Very nice place to stay for the weekend. Owner has set the bach up very nicely, it had everything we needed. Lovely view of the lake and great to hear the bellbirds singing away.

This house is accurately described in the listing and it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, well appointed with lots of extras. A very generous host. Tiggy the car was very patient with the four kids under 8 that we had. Communication was great - warm and responsive.
