We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. We enjoyed having access to the pool, spa and sauna. A great place for a bunch of friends to catch up without the kids!We will be back.

A lovely weekend catch up for three generations of our family. We all enjoyed the peaceful location and comfortable house. Highly recommended. Our number one choice of accommodation in Kinloch!

The property was great. I had real anxiety about the front door been locked. I was told it would not open untill 3pm on the day of arrival and locked at 12 MD. I had a 2 hour extension as we were doing the triathlon on the day and was charged 60 extra i thought this was a bit steep. Other places just say yes that's fine.

A beautiful, well cared for wee property with a lot of effort gone into presentation and comfort. Will definitely be back to enjoy a long weekend. A 5 minute walk to town made it even better!

It was clean, quiet and close enough to town. Everything was in good condition and well maintained. The house is spacious, warm and comfortable.

We had the best week staying at this beautiful home, nestled amongst nature, right on the river. The views were spectacular from anywhere in the house, there was so much room throughout the house that it catered well for all of us including the teenagers and it was located so close to central Taupo which was awesome. Sally was awesome with all communication, nothing was a problem :) We’ll definitely be back
