Our home is full of sun and light in summer and features a cosy indoor log burner fireplace and heat pump for a warm and snug stay during the winter months.

We have a lovely alfresco area and decks for outdoor entertaining. Great place for a BBQ overlooking the bush and lake view.

We have off road parking, so bring your boat!

There is easy access for boating, trout fishing, waterskiing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming and picnicking.

For the adventurous, the two popular walking and cycle trails W2K and K2K begin in Kinloch, one of which is 50 metres from our driveway.

We are also in a very sheltered spot and just a short distance to the Marina, shop and restaurant and domain. The lake front beach is only a 200 metre walk through adjacent reserve.

Kinloch is home to two golf courses and tennis courts with BMX and walking/mountain biking tracks abound, something for everyone.
