Communication was very good, if we had any questions they were answered promptly. The accommodation had everything we needed, it was nice and close to trams and trains, restaurants and shopping area. Washing machine slightly small, you could only do small loads at a time. Booking in time could be earlier than 3:00pm, especially if people have an early flight when arriving, this would make it easier for them. If we came over again and needed accommodation, we would certainly look at booking here again.

Best kept secret in Hawthorn - not modern but a gracefully aged sanctuary - high standard of cleanliness , good facilities, quiet peaceful and fantastic value for money - with close acess to public transport . Thank you again

In the heart of South Yarra and 2 min walk from Chapel St, this property has a great location. It was what we needed for a group of girls staying for a few nights - lots of space and great communal areas. However the space didn’t feel as if it had been recently cleaned, food left in the fridge and towels / linens were musty. The hot water ran out most days too.
