Location and size of property were great, plus our pup loved being able to run around the garden. Hosts were great with communication. It was also great to have the easy keypad entry so no one had to worry about keys!

I've stayed at multiple accomodations in New Plymouth and none has compared to 'The Residence Fitzroy' Location, check-in and check-out, parking, and the overall property! THE BEST. The closest property too feeling like home away from home - will definitely be back.

Deborah was a great host, communication via app re property access and during our stay - timely responses. Property was clean and comfortable, great location for city and access to the coastal walkway and beach. Highly recommend.
