Amazing Property that gives you a sense of being at a retreat while only being a 20mins away from MTBing or anything else you want to do in Rotorua. It was so good we can't wait to stay again. The owners were amazing, great communication and instructions. Clean modern property.

We had a wonderful stay at this little piece of paradise. Great host and we loved the quirkiness of the house and tranquillity of location. Bach has everything you need and more! Close to the lake for a nip across to the hot pools, trout fishing and even a private island to dig your own hot water pool and explore on the kayaks.

Our family loved our week-long stay at Tikitere. The house is modern, comfortable, warm, private and, as others have commented - is in a stunning location. Had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere throughout the house. Has access to an adorable small sandy beach, and a boat jetty - we ventured to the nearby hot pools via lake every day. The BBQ, trampoline, kayaks and rowboat were a bonus, and there was plenty to keep our 4yr old daughter busy. Great prompt communication from the host who was accommodating and flexible. Very highly recommended. We'll be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay, property was very nice. Beautiful breeze through the house. Kitchen well equipped, might have been nice with a coffee maker(like Nespresso maker). The property foes not allow area along water front to walk dogs, however the property was great for the small dogs and they could not get out. I would recommend that the owners think of having a couple of water related things for kids. Eg: kayaking Very close-to the luge and other amenities.overall great stay.

Jerry and cherry are great hosts. We have stayed here before with our dogs and love it. Property is well off the road so is quiet and peaceful and good grounds for the dogs to safely enjoy and exercise. Home is clean and tidy. Hope to stay again sometime. Jan and Patrick

Amazing property with an amazing view, we went for a boating weekend and this house is the perfect location. Boat ramp just down the road, ski lane right out in front of the house and hot springs so close to the house. We loved our trip and can't wait to come back.

Great location Hired both houses for our family and had the best Xmas stay right on the water front. The houses are supplied with everything you could possibly need. Friendly owners and very helpful. Plenty of room for boat and jetskis. Very clean and accomodating highly recommend.
