Not only was this home so suited to our needs at the time, it felt especially 'loved' and a peaceful place to recover. Sarah was kind, generous and easy to connect with, responding immediately and graciously. We spent more time in the pool than at the beach which was an easy stroll that we took each morning. The beds were so well kept and cared for, everyone slept comfortably. With many places to gather as an adult family, we truly got the time together that we hoped for. Thank you

What an amazing spot for a few days out of Auckland. Stunning location with beautiful gardens and a private beach. Spacious and lovely home with epic postcard views. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for your hospitality Maureen.

The parking lot is very spacious and the garbage is comfortable. Also, there was a Ruakaka stream in front of the garden, so it was good as a healing point. If there is a heat pump, it will be a recommended accommodation for four seasons that I really want to visit even in hot summer and cold winter.

We had a fantastic stay at Ruakaka. The house worked well for our group of family and friends. The location right on the beachfront is fantastic and we enjoyed long walks on the beach and swimming in the sea. When the weather wasn't so great the pool, spa and pool table were all well used. A wonderful spot and great hosts. Thanks for sharing with us!
