We loved staying in this cute, comfortable, cozy space. It had everything we needed and we had a great time in Rotorua! The location was great- an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to visit, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Immaculate, clean and very warm accommodation for a great stay in central Rotorua.

Clean and comfortable, with lots of bedrooms, garage space, off-street parking, hot tub, nice shower. Kitchen was small though, with bare minimum of cups, pots, pantry items, and the gas stove-top didn't work well.

We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us.

We had a lovely stay at this property, everything was perfect!

beautiful home, handy to town and all ammenities, spa was a bonus - our group attended a conference and were very impressed with the high quality of this beautifully renovated home, definitely will stay again next time we are in Rotorua
