Had an amazing time and the house had everything we needed. Large spacious clean rooms, great outdoor dining area which provided great family evenings. Beach hut across the road was an added bonus and had snorkelling gear, kayaks etc. Connie is a great host and had just the right amount of communication. Would recommend this place. Roosters always a problem with noise, use earplugs if you are a light sleeper, it is the same all-around Rarotonga.

Thank you, Charlie and Janet!This place has the best location for post sunset and a great view of the airport from behind. It's in a quiet area and feels so homely. We had a group of 19, with 10 staying at the villa and the rest at a nearby hotel, but this was our meeting point in the mornings and evenings. Such a beautiful place! Check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to Janet, and my elderly parents & kiddies had a smooth experience and really enjoyed it. Meitaki Ma'ata Janet.

A prefect retreat for two. Upon arrival we were met with fresh cut watermelon, a loaf of lemon bread and milk in the fridge. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels provided for both the shower and beach/swimming. Water sports were covered with sup boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this little piece of paradise.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this villa in Rarotonga. The kids had a blast in the pool and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. It felt tucked away and private, yet still close to shops and plenty of beachfront restaurants. We enjoyed the best of both worlds — privacy and space at the villa, with easy access to resort amenities like dining, pools, and snorkelling just a short drive away. The perfect spot for a relaxed, family-friendly island getaway.

We saw before we booked a review that says, the photos don't do it justice and they are right! The place is beautiful, spacious. Mere is so generous, made us a beautiful salad & was so flexible with check out. We stayed in a resort and motel top during our time in raro, and hands down this was the best. We wish we'd stayed here the whole trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Tipani Lodge it suited our large family group perfect as each family group had their own area and the main part of the house was big enough for us all to come together for meals and to hang out.The kids absolutely loved the pool, we even found ourselves hanging out more at home as it had everything needed.The hosts were amazing and quick to respond to my emails.We couldnt fault our stay at Tipani Lodge, it was perfect and would highly recommend to others.

My husband and I recently stayed for a week at Raukura holiday house. We had a marvelous time, the house had everything you need to self cater with a great kitchen and comfy bed. The house is in a fabulous location, not far from the best beach and nice and quiet away from the tourist crowds. Fabulous and caring hosts, we would definitely love to come back.
