The house is super well equipped, decorated, and really comfortable and functional. The beds were super comfortable too and Princess has been a fantastic host, she replied to all our messages very quickly and she was very very helpful the whole time. Thank you Princess! God willing we will come again!!!

Noemi, the host, was very attentive to our needs. The place looks just like pictures but the backyard and pool are more beautiful in person. We had all the amenities we needed. San Juan was only about 20-25 minutes away. I preferred staying away from all the hustle and bustle in the City. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in San Juan staying at this property. Neighborhood is very quiet, free parking right in front of the place. Safe, secure and the hosts are excellent. Easy communication and super accommodating. We were at risk of missing our flight home and were offered multiple options for remaining in place for a few extra days if necessary. The studio apartment is super clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We cooked breakfast every morning and the full size refrigerator has plenty of room for a week’s worth of supplies. Use of a cooler, beach towels and a snorkel mask are also much appreciated. Overall and excellent experience and you can’t beat the price.
